Nice economy place. Clean! River balcony out back was nice bonus! Only suggestion would be to add a hutch unit or ? under the TV to have more counter space.

The ad for this hotel was extremely misleading. I chose it because the pool was supposed to be open and it was supposed to have free breakfast--neither of these were available. The beds were very uncomfortable and, while there was coffee in the room, there was no coffee maker so it was pointless. The only good part of our stay was that the room was very clean.

Good for a night

Staff was friendly and quick with check in/out. Room smelled clean and tidy, but the floor did make our socks dirty. The A/C unit was kind of noisy/squeaky and kept waking us up. There was also crickets, but being right next to a river, there's only so much you can do I guess.

Needs basic maintenence, better cleaning. Showers had hair in them on arrival. Most mirrors were very dirty. Closets/coat hangers broken, no towel holder in bathroom. Even so,place was well enough and I would stay again.

Poor renovation and customer service

For recently remodeled room, this one was horrible. The water lines were across for the faucet so I burned my mouth brushing my teeth. Toilet seat loose. Under the bed was full of garbage. The TV was not properly secured to the wall. The shower curtain was too high and water got out of the shower in the morning. TV remote was missing for the Roku, and the manager didn't believe me. When I went to talk to him about everything he goes I'll have to talk to the renovator and figure it out. Definitely not worth staying at that hotel for the price of the room, very disappointed

Overall our stay was good. Our room was clean and seemed newly renovated. The comforter has a stain on it but the sheets were clean. The shower curtain was way too short and the floor got wet when anyone showered. Our AC leaked a huge puddle in the floor while running. Check in was fast and easy. Check out took a while though. There was no one in the lobby for 15 minutes and finally the man came walking back in.

I only issue I hate was when we opened the balcony door we were hit with the smell of weed. But that is no fault of the hotel. Hotel is being updated and it looks really nice would definitely stay again

Budget stay with outdoor balcony

The best part about this stay was the private balcony overlooking a stream. We could sit out there in the morning when it was in the shade and watch the ducks and birds in the water. Very relaxing. Otherwise it was a total budget hotel located on a busy street so there was a lot of traffic noise. Was told at check-in for a three night stay that housekeeping was only by request. If we needed clean towels or anything else, we had to go to the front desk. That being said, the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, there is no dresser or desk, just a small table with two chairs. The bed was terrible - it creaked when we moved. The couch in our king room looked like it came from a vintage store. I refused to sit on it. The wood laminate flooring was nice but after I showered and walked around barefoot, my feet were very dirty! There was a decent pool that several people were using, but we didn't. I would look for a different hotel if ever in the area again.
