Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were nice and quiet. Stayed for 4 nights and no problems. Breakfast is good, but it was the same every morning. That would be my only complaint.

Bed was not comfortable. No noise cancellation at all. We heard every word of neighbors fighting. Smelled of vaping in the halls. Thankfully no orders in our room. Shower water pressure was good.

The whole place smelled of weed, which is whatever. But there was always random people in the stairwell talking loudly on the phone for way too late. Also, sink in bathroom leaked all over the place.

I could see dusts in the lights overhead. I’m sensitive allergic to dusts. Dirty like black bits all over the floor! Too dark in the room! I was not able to read books or magazines well cuz of light above the bed shine half shadow like a dim lower. The light above the desk keeps on and off itself all night when I tried to turn on. The clock was set a hour early which I missed breakfast in the morning and did advised other staff but never did correct the clock. Tv closed caption too small, can’t find the font so I’m able to read closed caption as I’m deaf. Breakfast good. The staff there nice.

Competition weekend stay.

Room was clean with average amenities. It needed some maintenance with not working lights and dripping tub. The room was dark and beds very hard. Okay for an overnight stay for competition weekend with convenient location.

Trash wasn’t emptied I had to do it. Room, elevator, bathrooms and hallways were dirty. Stayed 3 nights having to empty trash in room and bathroom and go to desk for towels. It was nice that coffee was available not only during breakfast but after hours, especially when checking out at 5 am

Why I didn’t give it 5 *

It was nice but you can hear EVERYTHING. We heard everything our neighbors were arguing about and their babies screaming and crying while they were yelling at each other. We got no sleep but it was crowded due to the cheer competition going on. Other then that everyone that worked there was super nice and it was clean.
