Receptionist was rude and the room was very dirty.

The entire room including the bathroom was very dirty. You could tell by the towels and floor.

The water was dripping in the tub. The baseboard moulding was coming off behind the toilet. There was a terrible smell in the hallways. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times with no issues but the last few times the hotel isn’t as clean and maintenance issues seen.

Good for the Value, Not great

Check-in was easy and fast. Night clerk great as normal. Got up in the middle of the night and needed ice, forgot room key. It seemed like it bothered the night clerk to make me another copy, which is( so difficult.) Room was clean. Doors are a little loud when they unlock and close. If your a light sleeper be warned. Breakfast was fairly good. Better variety than some but waffle mix has been a little watered down the last couple of stays. Still I recommend for the price range.

I booked this hotel for a weekend event for my daughter‘s volleyball, travel team upon arriving. The staff was very dismissive and unpleasant. When we entered the elevator the smell was awful when we got to our room. It didn’t get any better. There was a smell that came from the air conditioner when we turned it on That smelled like mold or dirt so we just turned it back off. The beds are horrible. Should have been replaced years ago. Sheets are stained towels are stained pillowcases are stained floor was sticky, and the desk still had crumbs from the other guest. The breakfast the next morning made us all sick. The food was so overcooked and stale that nothing was really worth eating when we got back to our room after a day full of volleyball tournaments, we discovered that our room had bedbugs. We went downstairs and tried to switch rooms only to be told there weren’t any and good luck. It was 1130 at night when we were kicked out of our hotel due to bedbugs. Do not waste your money trying to save a few dollars I never would have imagined at 11:30 at night. I had to find a new hotel room and hope that they had something open

Room was dirty. Hair in shower, dirt in floor. Room smelled as if someone smoked in it very frequently. Noise from other rooms is very loud. In total there was about 6 couples in our group with children who all had separate rooms. All had a bad experience with rooms that smelled of anything from urine to body order. Not usually picky, it was cheap but we will never stay there again. Also, the person living in a van in the parking lot, almost forgot about that one.

This was a very clean site. We stayed for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. It was less than a 5 minute drive. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Very good value and I would definitely go again!
