The hotel on first sight was okay. Majority of the times Ive stayed at Hoilday Inn the experience is usually great. But this Hoilday Inn was okay the lobby was not to clean, the elevator was pretty dirty and loud, the room looked good until you look closely and the table was dirty with the chair. The floor had stains and both beds had stains on the top comforter. The bathroom was dirty in the corners of the tub and the tub shelves. The ceiling over the tub was peeling just kinda waiting to see if it would eventually fall. Looked like it might have mold growing on the peeling part of the ceiling. Would I stay again probably not.

Our room smelled like cat urine. Not sure where it was coming from. Other than that, the beds were comfy. Breakfast was good, but pancake machine was broken.

We really liked this hotel. The area felt safe and there were lots of restaurants close by. Everything was clean and all the staff we encountered were very pleasant. The breakfast was very good.

We traveled from out of state for a funeral. So glad we chose Holiday Inn Express in Shawnee, OK.. It was super clean with a hot breakfast bar. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will choose this hotel every time we are back visiting family from now on.

Hotel was very clean and had plenty of room in the two queen room. The only “complains” we had were that the kitchenette sink was a very slow drain and the landscaping could use some attention. Staff was great and very friendly, breakfast was amazing and location was great.
