This was our worst experience at an Hampton Inn. There was a foul smell when we first walked in the room. The towels were like sandpaper and the bed was like sleeping on concrete. The good news about this place was the room and area was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly as well.

Nice, clean property

Very nice property with a great staff. Coffee in the lobby 24/7 and free breakfast are nice touches. Our only gripe is that the mattress was way too firm for us & the pillows were flat as a pancake.

The sheets and towels were not soft. The bed was okay otherwise. Everything was clean except the air. There was a musty smell as if the air filters needed to be changed. The light bulbs were a weird, cold blueish tint. Other than that, I cannot complain. I’m accustomed to staying at Marriott properties with very plush bedding and cozy atmospheres. The hotel staff was very kind. The breakfast was good. Might be one of the better options in Denison.

I will definitely book this hotel again.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was very convenient to some shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of food and was well stocked. Our room was clean. My only complaint would be that we heard the people upstairs every time they took a step. I will remember to request a top floor room next time.
