Great Renovation in Progress

My stay was great. The staff her professional and very helpful. Our Renovated Room was fantastic. Comfort wise, I have to say the bed was terrible because on numerous occasions we kept hitting our legs & thighs on the railing or frame under the mattress. We really didn't understand what that was even about?? Management did a great job with cosmetics and keeping things "Tidy" in the midst of ongoing construction.

A pleasant surprise

Typically I don't expect much from hotels in this price range but I was pleasantly surprised. Although the hotel was experiencing renovations it was otherwise tidy and well-appointed. More importantly, the staff was lovely. Personal and professional. I would stay here again.

Nice renovation

The hotel is being renovated so there was noise in the morning but the upgrades are nice. The room was clean and roomy. The staff was nice. They offered breakfast but I’m not much of a breakfast person so I didn’t go down to check it out.

I will give benefit of the doubt, they are under heavy construction. They are getting remodeled while still open so with that said, its dusty, very dusty. Staff at check in was super friendly. The room i was in was nice so it has potential once they are done. My issues is although the bedding area was nice, it was dusty. The bathroom though felt like it has half done. The walls weren't painted all the way. The tub and shower had nice, they had black fixtures but the sink had silver fixtures. Why not go with one or the other. The restroom just didn’t look done. The bed was comfy. It just felt really dusty. I was here for one night on business, I would consider staying here again in the future. The lobby was nice just dusty. Once it's all said and done, I can see this going to a 4 or 5 star.

The hotel was under renovations, it would have been nice to know that going into our short stay but the staff was extremely polite and accommodating for our special circumstances of our visit. I would definitely give them another chance once the construction is complete.

The facility is being remodeled so any review can’t give 5 stars but the staff is doing all they can under the circumstances One problem: The toilet is too low!! and is difficult to use if your legs are not strong. It should not be necessary to get a handicap room to have a higher toilet. Hopefully the remodel will have higher toilets. I won’t stay here again if they are still low.

we arrived a midnight, no one was on duty, we called the front desk, no one answered, we stood in the lobby and listened to the phone ring for 10 minutes. we went to all the doors for offices and knocked, and no one answered, finally we had to go to another hotel, I want my money back from this reservation.
