I enjoyed my stay very much. Every employee was helpful and friendly. If I had one complaint it is the variety at the breakfast bar. I prefer more choices of fruit, like bananas. Also, more than eggs and sausage. Bacon would have been nice and some type of potato. Breakfast was my only disappointment.

The staff were nice enough compared to other places. The room was OK. The halls and other rooms were nice enough. It was disappointed that there was no laundry area to use even though it’s advertised the washer was not even hooked up and did not work was told the dryer would work, but there wasn’t be no point if you can’t wash your clothes, we had to go to the laundromat to do that. We stayed almost 7 nights. Inside the room it states on the fourth day rooms were due to be cleaned however, nobody attempted to clean our room. We had to ask for towels and trash to be taken. The breakfast was not very good. It was the same thing every day..

Recommended: excellent hot breakfast including biscuits &gravy,sausage,eggs,bagels,waffles,danish,etc. Front desk nice-gave us room that met our advanced requests. Needs another ice machine in section with 3 stories. Room was standard hotel room. Room service every 3 days.

Always nice to stay there. Our only concern this trip was that the clerk gave us keys to a room that was already occupied! Very embarrassing to walk in on guests! And worried us that others could get in to our room. Breakfast selection wasn’t that great either. We went to Das Essenhaus instead.
