I arrived at 5 and was told no rooms were available yet and I had to wait another 45 minutes to an hour. I booked a king bed but instead I was placed in a wheelchair handicapped room. The Tv did not work and there was some ants in the restroom. The room was right outside the A/c units so there was some loud popping noise all night. Just a bad experience

I was told breakfast was not included in my stay because I reserved my room through a third party site. At breakfast, there weren’t a variety of food options available. The hotel could use some renovations because parts of the walls in certain public spaces had piling paint.

Not again.

Very run down and dirty. Toilet didnt flush, tub had hair in it, pillow was stained yellow, the train was right next to window and check in staff was rude. We came for son's tournament and definitely will not be staying here next year.
