This was a fantastic hotel. There was construction going on nearby and the staff were very apologetic about it even though they couldn’t help the noise. The pool is wonderful and the restaurant is pretty good too. It’s close to Khmer pub Street which has some interesting and less touristy night life choices. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough of the staff at Saem Siem Reap hotel. From the moment I arrived to when I left, the staff accommodate all my needs. Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival, a plate of fruits awaiting me coming back from dinner first night, spotless roomand swimming pool, and delicious breakfast. On my last day in Siem Reap, I booked a sleeper bus to Phnom Penh so after checking out at noon, they held my bags while I went to the Angkor National Museum and dinner. Upon coming back, Mr Sopheap, the hotel manager, offered let me take a shower in their spa facility. What a thoughtful gesture! And they offered to let me use their business office with the AC on full blast until my bus leave which is at 10:30 pm. In addition they had a driver take me to the Giant Ibis, free of charge, which is only 500 meters away but still a great gesture. I have no doubt where I will stay the next time I am in Siem Reap.

The staff were wonderful! Ms. Sochin (spelling?) was particularly delightful and helpful, and the entire staff made our visit special.
