The staff bent over to be helpful and help organize a special supper for my wife. They even let us check out late to accommodate our later flight. Only minor thing, and it's very minor, is the staff in the restaurant need to up their game slightly in regards to service.Not

This is a great hotel just outside centre but only 5 minutes by tuk tuk.staff great and very helpful with trips, transport. Lovely pool area that is nicely shaded with nice pool temperature. Room large with all facilities, tv, AC etc and very clean

Great hotel

Great hotel in Siem Reap. The stuff were very friendly, we ordered airport pick-up, but due to airlanes delay came almost 10 hours later. The reception reacted very smoothly for our changed schedule.And we were picked up without any problems. They aranged tour of Anhkor Wat temples for sunrise and even packed us the breakfast to go. Room was very clean and we even recieved welcome fruits. I can only recommend this hotel.

Our driver Thann was an amazing guide during our tours of the temples of Angkor. The food is pricey but of good quality. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were all beautiful with good ac. The gym area wasn’t ventilated which was the only area for improvement. Otherwise a great spot to stay in Siem Reap.

A Class Act

This hotel is well managed. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and efficient. The food is great and reasonably priced. It's a short ride into town (easy to find tuk tuk near hotel). Highly recommend!

Amazing stay!

Our stay at Saem Siemreap hotel was perfect, from the friendly staff at check in and check out, the airport pick up, the pool, gym and sauna/steam room and the tasty breakfasts. Our room was spacious and clean and quiet. Staff were super friendly and helpful. They even shuttled us to our bus for free after check out. Highly recommend staying here and if we ever come back we would stay again.

Nice Hotel with great service and breakfast!

It is located on a quiet street but less than a 10 minute drive from busy Pub Street area. The hotel is beautiful, clean and has a very good breakfast. The service is also excellent! We enjoyed it very much.

We got a two bedroom suite for 6 people. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious. Great water pressure and beds were comfy. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend Hotel Saem Siem Reap.

The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. Hotel staff was very nice. The rooms are super clean although the amenities are a bit dated. The use of hot water in shower is somehow limited. We would run out of hot water after a while during shower. The location is okay, about 10 min to pub street. It is next to a club so we can hear loud noise/music at night. Otherwise, the street seems to be safe with local vendors. Breakfast was okay.
