Paradise on Siesta Key is our way of describing this wonderful ground-floor unit with a private patio and a beautiful view of the Intracoastal Waterway. Easy access to the pools, the marina, three Har-Tru tennis courts, four gas grills, and your assigned parking space make this unit one of the most desired locations at Harbor Towers. A complete remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms was completed in 2019. After the amazing exterior renovations to the entire Harbor Towers complex were completed in 2024, we had beautiful custom blackout cellular shades installed on all the bedroom windows and custom vertical cellular shades installed on the patio doors. A refresh of most of our furniture, lighting, linens, and decor completed the transformation of our little piece of paradise on Siesta Key.

This ground-floor patio unit offers complimentary enhanced Xfinity high-speed WiFi internet, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV with Xfinity service, a spacious walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom. The toilet and tiled walk-in shower are separate from the vanity sink area. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, a TV with Xfinity service, a large closet, and an attached bathroom. The tiled shower over the tub and toilet is separate from the vanity sink area.

Our living room features a big-screen TV with Xfinity service, a DVD player, and a stereo with speakers. Baskets below the DVD player contain numerous movies for your enjoyment. The comfy larger sofa converts to a queen sofa sleeper. There is also a cozy, smaller couch and a new counter-height game table with 4 chairs. We provide an array of games, cards, dice, and puzzles located in the closet of the guest bedroom.

Our beautiful kitchen features gorgeous quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. We provide a traditional drip coffee maker, a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, a toaster oven, and even a George Forman grill. There are plenty of pots, pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, baking sheets, etc, for all your cooking needs. The dining room table seats 4 and can expand to accommodate up to 6 guests.

Our beach closet, located in the hallway of the primary bedroom, has a beach cart, beach toys, beach umbrellas, folding chairs, and even a baby beach tent. Beach/pool towels are provided for your convenience. Several coolers are available to use for trips to the beach or on a fishing excursion.

Additional items provided by the owners include hair dryers, an iron, an ironing board, a high chair, fishing poles, linens, towels, blankets, pillows, and quilts.

Laundry facilities are located just steps away from the front door.

Harbor Towers is centrally located to all the restaurants, bars, and shops on the key. You can catch a ride on the Siesta Trolley from the trolley stop just outside the front gate, drive your car, or walk to many of them. Siesta Key Beach is consistently rated the #1 beach in the U.S. and is just a short walk down the road. If you would rather drive your car, there are plenty of parking spaces at the beach. You can also visit Crescent Beach or Turtle Beach for a different beach experience at each one.
