Light, bright and cozy in the HEART of Siesta Key Village! Open floor plan including queen-sized murphy bed, Smart TVs, &Strong WIFI. Amazing balcony for the best people watching on Ocean Blvd. Quick & easy three minute walk will put you on the #1 Beach in the USA, Siesta Beach! This beautifully appointed apt. is perfect for those who will not mind the "buzz" and energy of our busy little Village. No need for a car to get around. You are where everyone wants to be already. Very walkable!

The space
Very unique because of it’s proximity to the beach and the heart of Siesta Key Village

Guest access
Access through a locked gate and up a set of stairs. There is also partial access to an elevator that is used primarily for the cool store downstairs but can be accessed if absolutely necessary. Amazing people watching from the very private and cool balcony

Other things to note
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one space for parking.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
- Towels may not be hung over the balcony railing at any time.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
