There were about 6-8 other guests next to our room and across the hall who were obnoxiously loud and inconsiderate of others trying to sleep. They used the door’s security latch to prop the door open and regularly went from room to room banging the door closed every time. Two calls to the front desk resulted in no change in the noise or behavior. The second call resulted in an offer for us to move rooms or get earplugs from the front desk! This failure to enforce “Quiet Hours” was inexcusable. We won’t be returning.

A silverfish in the bathroom. Men's dried pee in front of toilet. Ants in the bathroom, just scouts, no infestation. Spider and webs above my bed.

The hotel has a beautiful view but it’s a nasty smelling hotel. The carpet is old and the towels a very old, small, scratchy and thin. They also charge for parking when all the city brochures indicate the hotel has free parking. After showing staff the city brochure book I was not charged the parking fee.
