Room was very clean and comfortable. The desk clerk was very kind and capable. I was disappointed when I went to the desk to break a $20 so I could tip the pizza delivery man. I was told they couldn’t do it because they didn’t keep any cash at the desk. Seriously??? You’d think this would be a common need from their patrons and a service that should be provided.

Would definitely stay again if in the area. Very clean and updated, spacious rooms. Did the pre check-in and made check-in super easy just had to get the key for our room. Bed was comfortable. Pretty quiet. Breakfast was excellent and had plenty of options.

Room was nice and breakfast was good.

The rooms was nice. The shower was great. Breakfast was good. We appreciated the fresh fruit. The only damper to our stay was when we booked we were supposed to get 2 free drinks. We did not. I didnt have the paperwork on me for proof so we just bought a couple drinks. With a tip it was $15 - for 2 cans of beer. . .

Exceeded my expectations! I chose this hotel because of the excellent ratings and they earned them all. The staff was great. The rooms were perfect, with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The breakfast was great. I didn't stay long enough to enjoy the other amenities, such as pool or fitness room. Very enjoyable stay and will sttay here again next time I am traveling to the Sioux Falls area.

There was no fruit on the breakfast buffet. People were changing diapers in the pool area at breakfast with a window view from the dining area. Yuk.
