We came to town to see the Hardy concert and just needed an affordable place to stay. This met all our needs. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We never made it to the complimentary breakfast but it looked like a nice set up! The pool was small but ok. The hot tub was hot, but didn’t circulate and was a bit cloudy! The staff were very nice, most were just being trained. The property is very run down. Carpets in the hallways were old, but clean. The ceiling tiles were old and def need replacing. The hotel is dated and it does need a makeover. But if you need a quick stop and don’t want to pay a lot, this is your place. Arby’s is right next door as is Burger King and mcdonald’s. There is also a fun dive bar across the street (the Red Eye Bar). While I can’t rate this hotel 5 stars, it was it exactly what we required and fit the budget. Good times in Sioux Falls!

We had problems with the toilet, it wouldn’t flush properly. We told someone and they said they would send someone over to come check it out. Later a guy did come by and we told him what was going on, he then proceeded to say “okay I will let them know” this was the last thing we ever heard of them. The toilet never got fixed. Also the bedsheets had stains on them. The bathroom sink didn’t work either and it was dirty. Not very satisfied with this stay :(

Terrible place to Stay. The front desk staffs don’t even know English properly. Rooms very very dirty, checked in around 5 pm checked out 7 pm. Worse management and hotel in the South Dakota.

You get what you pay for

Wouldnt stay here again. Hallway carpets were dirty and worn. Rooms were clean. Pillows on beds were very small and flat. Air conditioning blew out forcefully and loud but air was extremely cold or very hot, no in between. Building overall was very warm and humid, making it smell old and damp. Breakfast was not worth waking up early for. The waffle mix tasted horrible and still doughy; muffins were dry. The only other options were toast, oatmeal and cereal. They have two floors and no elevator. The plus is that is was located in a very convenient area with lots of food places around.

We found this place to be very run down and old. It didn't feel clean, the bath towels had holes and black hair on them. The pool was cloudy and looked dirty. Very old. I would not go back ever.
