I made a mistake with my reservation and was stressed checking in. Josh was so helpful and made everything perfect. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed and was the absolute best! So kind! Our room was beautiful roomy and clean. It had easy access to the backdoor for our dog too. We will be back when in this area again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and quiet. Only complaint is our bathroom was handicapped accessible. The shower curtain didn't go all the way down to floor. So floor was slippery even after placing bath mat down. Had to place towel down and wipe up. Overall our experience was great

When we arrived the front desk was having problems running my credit card and couldn’t seem to clearly communicate the issue. it took several minutes for them to realize the issue was with their system and not my card. Then the carpets in the common areas were all thoroughly stained and there were marks on the doors and walls. The common areas were uncomfortably warm when we arrived and smelled vaguely of smoke and weed. The trash can on our hall was full to the brim when we arrived and overflowing when we left. Overall the condition was well worn and cleanliness and appearance had been neglected for some time. Overall the vibe was “dirty shell gas station on the sketchy side of town.” My wife and I almost exclusively stay at La Quinta because it’s consistently a clean and pleasant experience at a reasonable price however this location seems to be a La Quinta in name only. It was a big disappointment to find that it seems to be run by someone with much lower standards.

We love this hotel and it remains a favorite. The lower rating during this visit was due to a very worn (deep hole) in mattress, Room 309. It truly needs to be replaced as it appears all wear is on one side making it difficult to sleep in. Have not experienced this in other rooms at this hotel.
