The front desk staff at check in is horrible! Horrible! No customer service. Not at all pleasant. Confrontational. Rude. Overall unpleasant demeanor. I cancelled my upcoming reservation at this place to never have to deal with any of this. Breakfast was 'eh' and the coffee barely resembled and tasted like coffee. Nope. This place is a big No for me.

Dont stay here

The room we were given was very dirty. The bedspread had stains, the ceiling had water damage, the chair was stained, the tub and sink had mussing chunks of porcelain. We left when we found a dirty pair of underwear by the fridge. The place was very sketchy inside and out. We did not feel safe there. They did give me a refund through hotels.com so i appreciated that.

I believe there is something positive in every situation and I promise I’ll get to the positive but need to start with the rest of the experience. 1st this was the nastiest place I’d seen in a long time. When we walked in the musky smell which smelled like a mixture of pets, cigarettes and mold. If it wasn’t after 1am when we finally stopped while traveling with kids we would have refused. The room was even worse. Remote was nasty and missing the back covering batteries, cigarette burns everywhere, hair and God only knows what in the bathtub made us cringe. It was so bad we refused to use the shower. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the original Super 8 was built. We literally checked the bed for bed bugs and did not find any so that’s a positive because I would have bet on it. The kids almost slept on top of the covers and we refused to walk without shoes on. There was a dried stringy liquid on the painting behind the headboard and several walls. Thank God we didn’t black light it. I’ve been in a lot of hotels over the years and this was by far one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The level of dirty was on a level that if I had an option to stay there again or under a bridge with rats, I’d choose the rats. I feel like I’m less likely to get something there. Now for positive. The beds were comfortable.
