My room smelled musty and the floor was damp. The lobby is okay, nut once you get to the elevator the pretense is over. The elevator is rickety, scuffed, and dirty. The second night of my stay people were partying loudly at 3am. Awful stay and will not repeat. It did seem the bed was clean, so I will give it that!

Carpet need to be cleaned, need skirt had some white substance on it when what also all over the carpet. There was red lipstick on the bsthroom light switch, also on the curtains. Walls in bathroom had some splattered on it.

They required a $50 deposit which seems unreasonable-it appears to be a way to extort. They took down breakfast ahead of time that was specified. Front desk person was friendly and helpful.

I booked a particular room that I have stayed in often. The room has been poorly maintained. Jetted tub is in a poor state. Bathroom faucet is rusty and corroded. Staff has to do NOTHING for check in or check out as they require online check ins and check outs. When arriving, staff was extremely rude. He had to only hand me my key and give basic info and he acted like that was an inconvenience. Hot items at breakfast were COLD. I took to my room and reheated them there. I doubt I will ever stay here again despite always have chosen this hotel.

The hotel itself seemed very nice however the room and halls were not great. The room seemed to recently have had a flood inside. It smelled very musty and gross. The furniture all seemed to have water marks on the bottoms and the carpet felt wet. The hall was littered with what I assumed to be drug needles and smelt of weed. The chair in the room I am happy I looked at before sitting as it was separating and broke.

Booked it quick for an overnight stay before my wife's surgery at a local hospital in Sioux Falls. The hotel Room was just what we needed... I would have liked another bar or two of hotel soap. Between the two of us we used up the soap we had. Nice people at the front desk!
