Villa Fiorita is an independent house, with a charming garden, which has been converted into 4 attractive apartments. Apartment Margherita is on the ground floor and sleeps 4 people in comfort. It is in a quiet part of town, only 2 minutes from Lake Garda and makes an ideal base for a family who wants to explore the beautiful Italian lakes.

The open-plan kitchen/dining area has double French windows which open directly onto the garden. Indoors there is a dining table for 4 people, a flat-screen TV and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer and moca coffee pot, making self-catering a breeze. For outside dining, there is a second table and chairs for meals al fresco.

Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, which can be separated into 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a large wardrobe.

The Villa Florita is ideally situated, just 400m from Brema Beach, and within walking distance from the local shops and cafés. For dog owners, there is a dog park 3 minutes away.

The town of Sirmione can be reached in 5 minutes by car, while the lovely Desenzano del Garda is only 12 minutes by car. For self-catering Sirmione market takes place on Monday and Friday (mornings only). This is the ideal place to pick up the very best local ingredients.

Visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland and Movieland, 30 minutes). There are also windsurfing schools close by on the lake and a boat hire centre just 10 minutes away.

Verona Villafranca airport is only 35 minutes by car.

Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war sehr einfach. Die Möbel sind zusammengewürfelt.Die Aufenthaltsqualität bei schlechten Wetter ist sehr bescheiden.

Gut geeignet im Sommer

Wir waren in der Vorsaison da und es war vom Wetter her super und auch noch wenige Touristen. Im Sommer wäre es uns zu überlaufen. Uns fehlten bequeme Sitzmöbel, da man an Regentagen nur Stühle oder Betten zum sitzen hatte. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig. Erste Ausstattung an Klopapier, Duschzeug und Spüli wurde gestellt. Geschirrhandtücher fehlten. Super Lage in der Nähe des Sees, wo auch eine kleine Bar ist. Um die Ecke schöne Gassirunden und auch ein Dog-Park.
