The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. I should have paid better attention to the amenities before I reserved the room. This hotel is great for just a day or two and all you need is a place to lay your head. Just cut and dry. I also wish there were more of a variety with breakfast.

Parking was free. Room was excellent. Very comfortable bedding and pillows. Had a large tv. (thinking 55 "). Staff was nice. The room and hotel were very clean. They have 24hr. coffee and tea.The only upgrade that would have been nice is a full breakfast. The continental breakfast was good however. They had bagels, a few muffins, cereal and oatmeal packets.

Made us change accommodation plans last minute since their extra room sales tactic rule which is 4 person per room, even though kids can sleep in crib or pull out sofa, they want you to buy 2 rooms for 3 adults and 2 toddlers. They do not even suggest adding a crib or rollover bed in room, or even let you use sofa bed.

The room was nice, but it certainly was a hotel with a quick renovation done to it. The parking lot was easy to access and very close to the outlet stores nearby. It was walking distance to some restaurants as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The employee checking us in was friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable for four adults with ease of use Wifi. The continental breakfast was ok but limited options. The coffee was excellent. Overall for value Spark exceeded my expectations and is better than the other hotels in the area.
