I'm really disappointed in my stay at this resort. I was alerted that the HVAC for the room wasn't working even though this has been an ongoing problem. This should have been disclosed upon booking. The standing fan in the room was not a great solution. Only putting coffee and tea out between 5:30am-6:30am in the morning was worthless. Most hotels have a 3-4 hour beverage center for their guests. Forcing guests to go to the restaurant for the beverages wasn't great since they were apart of the resort fee however they make you pay for it when you walk in.
The resort options for food wasn't good either. Bagels and cereal for breakfast at the Alpine Grill wasn't great despite $38. The bar upstairs served decent food however the kitchen closed too early. Was there for the JAS festival and wanted to eat upon getting back. You guys only had one bartender and the menu for food was too limited. Again you closed the kicthen early anyway.
Booking the shuttles to go to town was stressful, for the valets are unorganized, they don't listen to one another or the concierge. They are simply aloof and dismissive. Very frustrating.
Only 1 or 2 front desk people were truly helpful in my first time visit. Its a pretty property but very few seemed trained in hospitality. Never coming back to this establishment.
