Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you brought a pet(s)please be certain to pick up all feces around the fenced yard and discard in trash. A $50 fine if we have to do it .
Turn OFF the HVAC unit at the upstairs hallway thermostat.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Dogs not allowed on beds,house trained, not to be left alone in house .outside feces to be bagged in trash. Xtra $ for violations.
