I did a staycation night at the property. There was a reunion so the lobby was packed with only 2 people at the front desk. They did their best to move people along and both associates were very nice and professional. I get to the room which was nice but the TV was dated which normally i wouldnt care about but the first issue was the cable wasnt working and being a dated TV you didnt have the option of signing into a streaming account. This was strike one. Then i went out to get food, came back sat looking at my phone since again the cable wasnt working. I got hungry wanted to eat and realized there is no microwave in the room...WTH!!! I go to the lobby and i say the TV isnt working and there is no microwave. He sends up an engineer and tells me there are microwaves in the suites but if you need to heat something up there is a microwave here...wait, what, im on the 5th floor!!! I get back to the room and the TV is working...until i change the channel, i call and this is when they tell me its the whole hotel without cable. All ill say is i will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone. I am not sure how this hotel was above an 8. Maybe i expect better or im living in a dreamworld but even cheap motels have microwaves and updated TVs. I shouldve spent the extra 40 dollars and stayed up the road at the Fairfiled.

The room we were given was in unacceptable condition. The rug was filthy, the furniture was old and beaten up, and the amount of dust behind the bed was atrocious—I discovered this when my charger fell. The room appeared unclean and poorly maintained overall. Additionally, we were surprised to learn there was no complimentary breakfast, despite the impression that it was included. We were charged $16.95 per person instead. The lobby store was also nearly empty, with no snacks or essentials available for purchase. We booked and paid for two nights but only stayed for one, leaving by 2:30 p.m. the next day after my daughter’s soccer game was canceled due to weather. At the time we left, our room had still not been cleaned, which further confirmed the poor service.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. iN TOWN FOR THE DOG SHOW. ONLY CRITICISM IS THAT THE DOORS ENTERING THE HOTEL ARE NOT AUTOMATIC WHICH WOULD BE EASIER FOR SOMEONE WITH A WALKER OR WHEELCHAIR TO GET IN.
