We were on a soccer tournament. There was mold in the bathroom. But it was clean otherwise and comfortable. This hotel is like in a weird location but right next to the hotel!

What a great clean, nice hotel. The breakfast was great. What a nice hotel. We will be back. The only con for me for the hotel is, I have an autistic grandson and I was scared he would fall off the balcony outside the room door if someone accidentally left the door open. Maybe if they made the balcony railings higher or put plexiglass in between the railings. It’s definitely a problem waiting to happen.

The only reason I came to this hotel was so my children could take advantage of the pool. This hotel was recommended by my aunt that stays here 1-2 times a month because it’s close to her cancer center. I went to the front desk and to the security officer yesterday and this morning regarding my concern. I was told I would get a call, it is 8pm and no one has called yet. I asked if the pool was cleaned and I was told it was not by the pool guard. It looked disgusting. I hope to hear from someone soon.

Family Trip

Very accommodating to me and my family of 5. I love how the hotel was always clean and smelled great. Breakfast was awesome with freshly made food and they offered omelets. Whenever we needed service all I had to do was text or tell someone in passing and they responded right away.

Stayed 3 nights. 2 nights were outstanding but one night the room next door was extremely loud with a party like atmosphere going on until 2am. Security did come up and ask them to turn the music down. Expected a bit more proactiveness in security checking the area afterword and providing some sort of an apology for being kept up all night. Enjoyed the breakfast and the location was easy to get to but not a lot in the area. Got some food at the nearby bar and it was pretty good.
