We love staying st this hotel. Jonathan always greets us with a smile and upgrades us when possible. Because of him and the beautiful rooms, we keep coming back to this hotel whenever possible. Unfortunately, the person who checked us in this last time was not friendly. We wish all hotel greeters had Jonathan’s sparkling personality.

Not what I thought

When checking in the staff person was not at the front desk. When she came she checked me in and then flung my room key toward me. The room had white stains on the walls. The furniture was worn. The body wash bottle was very low and damaged. The breakfast was not tasteful at all. I thought that the Hilton brand was better than this. Huge disappointment.

The highway is super loud, and we were near the flagpole whicj on a windy night was SUPER loud. But everything else was great. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful!!
