This is a large hotel with plenty of meeting rooms and common space, which was convenient. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, my first impression was negative because I had to walk through an area on the fourth floor where guests appeared to be smoking indoors. Fortunately, the smell was much less noticeable by the time I reached my room. The ice machine was not conveniently located, and I was directed to ask the kitchen for ice, which was incovvenient, so I decided to do without. Overall, I was only staying a few hours to get some rest, so the accommodations were adequate for my needs.

No one at the counter I had to wait like seven minutes for someone to come out and acknowledge me. Other than that, the room was clean. The kitchen was clean. I saw I was serving us breakfast and the staff was friendly.

At check in, the worker said my room number out loud. There were other people in the lobby that were not part of my party. This is unsafe practice, especially as a woman. The water in the shower was also very inconsistent. It was either insanely hot or insanely cold, and it was not easy to adjust temperature up and down. I had to mess with the handle ALOT to get the temperature to move, but regardless neither temperature outcome was ideal.
