Last time I stayed here I forgot my coat in the room closet. I called the front desk the same day and the lady said house keeping had not gotten to my room yet which I had checked out from, so she was kind enough to go herself and check. She found my coat in the closet and told me I could pick it up any day. I returned about 5 days later to pick it up and this time front desk told me house keeping was gone for the day so I had to come back another day before 16:30 to see if they had it? Now I am back a week later and my coat is nowhere to be found. I was told to contact a manager because there was nothing they could do. So it was unpleasant in the sense that no responsibility has been taken, and how could my coat disappear if the front desk agent had already found it and said they will hold it.

The room was not cleaned after we left in the morning. We took off the do not disturb sign and made sure it was off so that our sheets and comforter could be changed.
