I will start with the positives the room size was excellent . The stove top burners were adequate & the full size fridge was what we wanted but the fridge was was dirty. The room was outdated . The bathtubs very slippery at an angle you can slip and fall and we did d slip and fall unfortunately. The bathrubs did not drain properly. The master bath shower was okay but the tub would fill up quickly . Alot of rust damage on the hardware to hang clothes & towels. The guest bathroom was intermittently useable . The toilet was off of the base on the floor slightly the toilet would constantly clog. The shower was not useable due to a pink bacteria seen on the shower head & that was after some family members already showered. After that no more showers or baths in that tub. The facet in the bathrub leaked water endlessly and there is a rust stain. The sink was usable to wash hands . The air conditioning wall units had ashes from someone who smokes and debris in the cool air vents . When temperatures is raised to make the room warmer the room smells horrible like a smokers chiminey , we have to lower the temperature to manage the smell. Half of my family suffers from asthma . We are cold during the time in the room at times . The room above us had constant stomping during the night. There are guards that hold the mattress in place that are a protective material that cover the edge of the bed . They scratched family members leg multiple times due to the safety piece missing .

This is literally on of the worst hotels I have rver stayed at. Staff very overstretched and rooms disastrous, dirty, stains on bathroom floors and carpets, rooms very cramped and small. Avoid if possible!

An Okay Place To Stay

My family stayed a weekend at the property and came away very neutral about our stay. The staff on-site is very friendly and polite...5 stars there. The breakfast, while free, it wasn't very tasty. We had a first floor stay and could hear the steps of the person staying the floor above, every single step. The tv system is an old outdated direct tv. Don't get me wrong, my stay wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Decent but needs some TLC

Nice, clean place. Conveniently located. Rooms could use some updating. Sofa was saggy. Thermostats needed new batteries. Some items need work: Hot tub was not hot and could not find the controls to raise the temp. Unsupervised children just kept jumping into the pool disturbing the other guests. Fitness room need work. Peloton was out of order. One of the treadmills was not working and the other badly needs a tune up. No cups for the water cooler. No wipes for the gym equipment. It just seems no one takes care of that room. Breakfast was fine. Whole place was relatively quiet.

The property was clean and the hotel Clerks were very friendly and polite. Expedia overbooked my two bedroom suite so it wasn’t available when I got ready to check in I was accommodated with two queen suites and I was able to use a meeting room to visit with family who was also staying at the hotel at no additional cost. I would definitely stay here again!! One thing I didn’t like was the cloudy pool!!
