We were assigned a room when we arrived, but the room card key we were given would not let us access the room so I went back to the front desk and subsequently we were given another room. The staff were very nice and helpful. An employee from the front desk even came up to the room at night when there was an issue with the WiFi / Smart TV and it was resolved. There were multiple cobwebs in the room.

Was very disappointed when I return to the hotel at about 8:30 to find a very unkempt man sleeping on a bench at the front door, two men loitering in the parking lot and 2 young children half asleep in the lobby. I asked the attendant if they were guests at the hotel and she seemed totally unaware of them. I expressed my concern about safety to no response.

Unbelievably true!

Let’s see where to start-the room door didn’t lock, the phone in the room didn’t work, seems in seeking help from the front desk, We were told that there would be no TVs working on site. The heated pool seemed cold and cloudy, and there were workmen’s tools left on the floor upon our arrival. So we had to leave due to unsanitary, unhealthy and definitely not safe conditions. No vacation for us…

The staff was okay, no breakfast, coffee availability all through out the day. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of free parking. The deposit fee was $10 and the front desk staff tried to charge $150 which of course we did not pay. It was a bit loud outside at very late hours. Can walk around to places to eat. I rate the place 5/5
