Terrible! Asked for a quiet room and they put me next to the elevator. Asked for an upgrade that I would pay for and nothing. Noisy all night called 3 times including 3:25 in the morning. Security did nothing

Walls are thin. People banging on doors at all hours. Nice view of a parking garage and roof drains. Beds are fresh and clean but hard as a board. Pillows are walmart special. Carpets are dated and well traveled. Great showers for ADA no tub. Parking is available at a premium. People parking cars are polite

Parking was down the street and around the corner, with no shuttles, had to push and pull our luggage. Tv in room didn’t turn on, bathroom tub drain was slow, had to call front desk to have maintenance repair it. They only had a microwave for rent which was $25, and I only needed it for 2 minutes. They need to replace the filter in the coffee pot, water looked like it was green tea, gross. Heat wasn’t accurate, I was still chilly. There were no spray bottles in the fitness room to clean machines, everything was a mess inside there. The pool was mad small, filled with teens at 6am. I had a meal credit through Expedia, couldn’t use it cause they said the restaurants opened at 4pm smh. I mean I stayed at less stars for better experiences. Overall I personally wouldn’t recommend. I never complain but after one bad thing after another, I had to inform others so maybe they can take heed and fix these findings.
