Great hotel, friendly, helpful staff.

Pros: The view and the breakfast
Cons: Cheaper shuttle bus and access to beach area
Location: Depends on the definition of 'nearby' in the immediate vicinity - nothing. 20 minute walk, or 5 minute drive. Sorrento offers a wide rangeof things.
This hotel was brilliant, view from the terrace absolutely stunning. The pool area nice after a short walk through the gardens. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of items including pastries, cakes, fruit, yoghurt and a cooked section. The only downside is the location. It is a good 20 minute walk along a busy road to Sorrento. Hotel is actually in San d'Agnello. The hotel offers a bus shuttle to the centre for €5 per person which I think is expensive and the beach is available to La Residenza guests for an additional cost of €20 per person per day, again very expensive when free to the Parco dei principi residents. So, if you don't mind a walk and like a good pool, this hotel is fantastic value for money.

Nice hotel but very expensive

Everything is expensive 330ml can of beer €6, soft drinks €5, Curtosy bus €5ppe/w, beach €20pp/per.day. hotel is approx 15 min walk to Sorrento. Tip buy drinks water etc in the tobacco shop just up the road from hotel will save a lot of money!
