We stopped here for a one night stay while on a road trip. The lobby looked nice. The room, however, was in poor condition. The curtains were falling off the window. There were two sinks in the bathroom and one was clogged with standing dirty water in the sink. Bed linens were dingy looking. Fortunately we were just there overnight, but I’d never stay there again.

The accessible room we booked online was not avaliable when we checked in. We were given a room without handicap accessibility. The room was clean but it had just been cleaned and the smell of disinfectant was so strong we had to leave our room and go back out until the smell subsided. This must be an older Hampton Inn as they were renovating and all of the furniture and bedding was shop worn. We love Hampton Inn but this wasn't a pleasant stay for us.
I understand this property is going through a renovation, but there are somethings that are still necessary. When we entered the room, there was some sort of a lapel pin on the floor near the bed and dental flosser on the floor by the bed, I didn't pick it up to see if it had been used. The staff was nice and quite helpful, but the pool looked gross. The breakfast was good. Overall, I'd stay again, but I am a little concerned about the cleaning procedures.
Nice hotel, conveniently located for travelers along I-85 or route 58. Staff was pleasant, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was good as well.
Check in scheduled for 4PM...sat in lobby for 2 hours. Told rooms (2) were not ready, we had to wait since I booked via Expedia. Staff polite, while waiting at lease 6 people walked in and were give rooms...again told we had to wait because of the booking via expedia. rooms were booked on 17 March. very upset after a day of travel, Hilton should, do better.

The bed was broken on one side other than that it was great
Checkin and front desk was outstanding. Maid service was also outstanding. The hotel was undergoing but they did an outstanding job of cleanliness and not disturbing the guests
