Hemmottele itseäsi poikkeuksellisen lomalla lomalla kauniissa kattohuoneistohuoneistossamme. Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneiston huoneisto sijaitsee Saida Towers III: n 12. kerroksessa, josta on upeat näkymät Meksikonlahdelle ja Saidan ihanalle tontille. Huoneistossa on graniitti työtasot ja kaunis sisustus kaikkialla rannikkorannalla. Majoituspaikkoja on jopa kuusi henkilöä. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, vierashuoneessa on kuningatar, ja olohuoneessa on vetäytyvä vuodesohva. Siellä on tilava avoin oleskelutila, josta voit nauttia perheen tai ystävien kanssa samalla, kun se tarjoaa kodin mukavuudet, ylellisyyden ja rento tyylikkyyden. Keittiö on täysin varustettu niille päiville, joissa haluat aterioita. Nauti loputtomista esteettömistä näkymistä Meksikonlahdella tärkeimmistä oleskelutilat ja makuuhuone. As advertised. Everything you need is here. A couple of small issues that were immediately attended to by Tim and Deb. Spring break has started so two things to note. A few of the owners do rent to College kids (HOA rules do not allow) and they can be loud at night.. The condo unit to the North has all night pool parties during Spring Break that tend to be loud. Long walks on the beaches, every restaurant we ate at were great most of them within walking distance. Don't pass on Maui Nic's restaurant. A Great Stay!!!

This is the best condo i have ever stayed in on the island and I have been coming here since 1987. Everything is extremely clean and everything works as it should. Beautifully decorated condo equipped with nice appliances, plenty of dishes and cookware. Excellent communication from hosts with expectations and suggestions. My family also stayed on the Saida property, so we were able to meet each other down at the pools and the beach. Best family vacation ever!

This is our second time staying in this condo. We were happy to see that the owners have kept it up and continue to offer an outstanding place to stay. Great vacation

This was our first time to SPI and it did not disappoint. The condo and the property were awesome. Condo was clean and had everything you could possibly need and the grounds were amazing as well. Had a great time. Hope to visit again and would definitely stay at the same place.

Wonderful condo with amazing ocean views

We highly recommen staying here. It was just what we needed. Condo has everything you need for the comforts of home. The view of the pool and ocean from the patio is amazing and the view of the bayside and bridge out the kitchen is also pretty great.

Beautiful seaside view! The sunrises on the balcony were gorgeous! You can also enjoy looking down at the pool and tennis courts. The fact that you can see the sunset view out the front balcony was another treat to this condo. The condo was clean, neat and had everything we needed. Very happy with our stay!! We will be back to this condo!

Wonderful Condo with Beautiful Views!

We loved our stay in the 12th floor condo. Clean, beautifully decorated, well-equipped and very close and convenient to local attractions. The property is so nice and secure. We loved the multiple pool areas. The balcony view is breathtaking! Tim & Deb were great to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend this condo on your next visit to South Padre. We would gladly spend time here again!

Clean condo with views!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and inviting. Tim and Deb have thought of everything. From a Keurig to room darkening window coverings, it's all there. We snapped pictures of the ocean to the east and beautiful sunsets to the west. We will book it again next year!

South Padre getaway

Accommodations were spot on. Laundry is available on 11th floor but machines are dated. Left washing machine was only 1 that worked on warm setting. Lower dryer worked but very hot so check your load after 1/2 hour. Our balcony view was awesome and tennis courts and beach were fantastic. Great area to visit. We would return for another stay in the future.

Absolutely fabulous place to unwind!

Everything about this condo was above our expectations. The view is superb. The decor was exceptionally done. The beds were super comfortable. Everything function as needed. Within walking distant of a few great eating establishments. The 24 hour security was a stress relief when you drive a Jeep and leave the top open at times. The times we did reach out to the owners were answered very promptly. We could not have stayed at a more perfect place! Thank you Tim and Deb for allowing us to enjoy a slice of heaven!

Family vacation spi

The location of the vrbo was perfect and our condo had bogey boards, cooler abd a wagon for our use. Loved the sunrises abd sunsets. The master bedroom was uncomfortable as it was very firm. We didn’t realize the condo building didn’t have a washer and dryer but we were able to contact a local laundry service. Overall it was excellent!

Wonderful paradise on Island

Most beautiful condo on the island. We’ve been coming to padre over 10 years and has been many condos. Place is modern and fresh décor throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. Even provided with seasonings for you to cook and enjoy with families. Bedrooms are sizable and with comfortable mattresses for nights sleep. And loved bathroom with bright lights. Also soap dispenser in the shower was added class. Entire condo was throughly clean and comfortable. Last not at least extra large balcony to enjoy beach view was superb! Thanks to owner Tim and Deb for our stay! Chong

The condo was as advertised and then some. Tim and Deb thought of everything by stocking the place with the little extras. The had the necessities for the beach as well. My wife is already talking about coming back to SPI and this is where we want to stay next time too. Everything from the time we arrived until we left was as easy as you could ask for.
