The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot patio. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! Even from this 1st floor condo you will have great ocean views! The patio is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!
This modernly renovated condo has a great room, which features seating for four guest with an oversized comfortable sofa. This stunning space accommodates up to 4 guests, making it the ideal get away for couples, friends, or business travelers. Please note, this property is not suitable for children under 14.You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the SMART TV with Cable and HBO! Wireless Internet is also provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy views of the Gulf! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 4 at the dining room table.  For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keurig coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning, you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. The master bedroom comes an LCD TV. The guest bedroom features a king size bed as well and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. The guest bedroom comes with a SMART TV.
