This hotel was more than I expected. Our room was large and comfortable. It was very quiet. Bar Louie had decent food. The breakfast that was included was more than adequate. Only thing I regretted Starbucks opened at seven. I’m an early riser. will definitely stay here again.

Worst hotel experience ever!

Spent $750 for Fri-Mon stay.We arrived at our room at 3:55 to find the bed sagging where 2 bodies sleep! Visibly old mattress was unacceptable. We went straight to front desk. She offered 2Queens…. No kings available. Sent maintenance to check, they may have a “new” mattress for us.Once I requested the MGR - suddenly there was a cancellation and we moved to another room. 3 days at the beach and Sun at 6:30pm still no one has been in to service the room. Sat am went to breakfast @7:45, walked the beach and hung out at the pool til 1:00. Showered left @2:00. Came back after the Crawfish festival @7 and there was a do not disturb hanger on the door knob!!! Seriously??? Still no clean towels-or room service. 7:15 had to call front desk for clean towels so we could shower before dinner!!!Housekeepers were in theroom next door when we left @11:30 am Sun. We came back from the beach at 6:30. Trash is still full, no coffee or cups for 2 days and once again no clean towel or bed made up!!! This is completely unacceptable! Spoke with the “manager” on duty and she sent someone up while we waited. Breakfast was a disaster!!! At 9:00 ordered 2 omelettes there were 4people ahead of me. 9:45 ours were ready. I waited and realized that the cook kept putting new tickets stacked on topof the pile. A lady came to ck on hers-said she put her order in 7 minutes ago @9:30 and picked up hers abut 2 minutes later!!!! I had to ask the cook to ck on ours oh he found the 2 tickets! Will not stay again

We loved our stay! It was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pool was beautiful- our only small complaint was the pool wasn’t heated and was really cold. Breakfast was great, and the dance floor was a hit for our kids!
