Great view, great amenities, great location! Some of the things that made things especially convenient for this booking - they provided parking for TWO vehicles, the fridge had an ice maker, and the washer/dryer was in-unit. :)

Nice unit steps away from the beach

My family and I wanted some where to stay that was on the beach, within walking distance of restaurants and bars, and a heated pool. It did not disappoint. Exactly as described. The only issue we had was on the last night of our stay, the next renters somehow had a key and we found them in our unit! While it was surprising, there was no harm done. They quickly realized the mix up and left the unit.

Great location

This condo is on the best part of the island. It’s near the best restaurants and shops and away from the noise and crowds. The views are spectacular. We enjoyed playing tennis and swimming and soaking in the hot tub after walking along the beach.

Great Location!

Great property overall. Location was very central on the island. Condition of the condo was very nice. Very roomy compared to other condo buildings on the island. The small TV screens were not the best, but didn't impact our stay. I would highly recommend and would stay there again.

The. Condo is beautifully furnished. The tv in the living room was quite small and in the bedrooms even smaller. A few things that seem to be how some companies manage properties now is bare minimum on toilet essentials, one small bar of soap and No shampoo etc. This was very disappointing. I hope this trend does not continue.

Great location, clean, easy walk to pool or beach

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. We loved the location. It's an easy walk to restaurants, grocery store, and beach. The complex was quiet and everyone we ran into was friendly. We would definitely stay again next time we're in SPI.

Great Location, amazing view!

Our condo was near everything we needed and only steps away from the beach. Furniture and decor was outdated but don’t let that scare you away it was clean and well taken care of. Kitchen and linens were well stocked , check in/out were easy and hassle free! Grounds were clean and well maintained. The building seemed like it was full of families so we never had any problems with noise or unruliness. It was perfect for our family of 5!
