** This villa can accommodate up to 24 people and there is an additional charge when exceeding 17 guests. There is a nominal fee of $10/night/guest. Please send an inquire and the owner will be happy to send you a quote specific to your number of guests when exceeding 17 guests.

** There is a 4 night minimum for any reservations that contain a Frid/Sat/Sunday in it. This condition is effective for stays from Memorial day to Labor day, special weeks such as spring break week, Holy Week , Easter week and all other major holiday weeks. **POOL GUIDELINES AND RULES During winter months when the swimming pool needs to be heated, the water temperature setting is set at 84°F. Our Jacuzzi amenity is set at 100 degrees. The actual swimming pool water temperature may be or may not be at 84 deg since this largely depends on the air temperature and wind factors which are not within our control. If a cold front approaches and there is a big drop in the temperature, the water temperature will drop also even though our motor is still set to run at 84 deg. Owner or Agent cannot be held accountable for the water temperature. Owner guarantees that the pool heater is set at 84 degrees for the pool and 100 degrees for Jacuzzi. If on the rare occasion that the air temperature drops below 50 degrees, most pool heaters will shut off due to the strain on the motor to keep it from burning out. There is not anything anyone can do to override this safety feature.

**When you have more than 17 people in your group, you agree to pay the owner separately for the additional guests at the rate of $10/night/person

**Extra charge will be charged if excessive cleaning is required from an unkempt stay. No pets due to medical/allergic reaction for other guests.
