Room was clean, very spacious. Curtain didn't close over the air conditioner so ended up using a clip hanger to keep it closed. We were on first floor, which normally I don't care for, but I forgot to specify that. Patio door to outside near walking path for dog owners, so had to keep.our curtains closed.Nice pool area, but not alot of lounge chairs & the winterbirds reserve them with a towel eatly in the am so tough to get one. Pool water was very warm. Nice beach area, chair rentals available. Breakfast included, good variety of foods. Nice gift/ food shop in lobby. Nice little cafe near pool, very reasonable prices. Parking was ok, but I could see where that might be an issue in high season. Location was great, but need a car unless you walk several miles a day regularly. Staff was courteous & friendly. We put our do not disturb sign out as we didn't want maid service but they came in anyway while we were out

We found cockroach’s in our room and there was a ton of construction going on. Plus we had neighbors that would play load music and keep us up tell 3am even with phone calls to front desk

I had a very nice time. The beach was 2 mins walk. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel in the future.

The hotel and room was very nice. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the bed and linens. The room was updated, clean, and very spacious. Unfortunately the bed was to firm and felt very cheap. The sheets and pillows felt the same.

Woke up to use the bathroom just to find numerous tiny roaches on the bathroom floor. Used my phone flashlight and saw more small roaches and two bigger roaches in the bedroom. Tried to kill as many as I could. Contacted front desk. Offered another room or bug spray. The manager offered to “comp’ the room, which Expedia later said was around $17. Expedia gave me a full refund.

Our room was clean and everyone was very friendly! Pool area was kept clean. The ability to get a fresh omelet was wonderful. I really enjoyed that as well as the daily breakfast choices.

The long hallway was loud. Could use some kind of sound material to absorb noise. Same for 4th floor breakfast area. We didn’t find the beds comfortable. Woke up with sore backs. Like pool & hot tub area! Like walkway to the shore.

The staff was courteous, the room was clean, but the shower was weak and did not work right away. My view out the window was the parking lot, although I did not ask for a view of the ocean. It was a comfortable sleep and a nice break from the RV.

The stay was great, the jetted tub was a lifesaver. The beds were not comfortable. The bedding was thin and since it was cold weather, we tried to turn the heat on and a burning smell immediately came on. Wifi was also very weak. They were making some loud grinding and banging sounds in the room above us for 2-3 days straight which was very disturbing to us.
