Memorial Day Weekend

It was a very busy weekend for the island, we couldn’t check into room earlier which is understandable considering the holiday. We spent the day on the beach at an access close by hotel,However it still wasn’t ready by 5pm when we got back there. We did have to wait a good 15-20 mins. Room was very spacious so it fit our family of 6 very comfortable. Only bad thing I can say about this stay was while relaxing by the pool we started to hearing glass hit the floor and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. It happened twice before we realized it fell on our table and even cut some lady who was walking by outside. We did make a complaint, and they did offer us to check out till 12:30 pm the next day. That was very much appreciated, and we are glad glass didn’t fall into our drinks or hurt us.

I liked the space of the hotel, the beds were comfortable. I loved the distance to the beach but hated that there was not beach access. I loved the price of the stay, very affordable. I did not like having to hunt down housekeeping to get fresh towels or toilet paper or sheets. I did not like how the parking is cut off for the second floor half the week.

They didn’t have towels in the bathroom. It took 3 hours to get them. Hook on back door to the bathroom was missing. The phone didn’t work. However, it was very clean and relaxing over all.

not taking care of couches dripped the inside really dirty that’s in properly cleans smelled old and wet no restaurant all the furniture is all up the lobby looks horrible nothing looks inviting then charge you fees that are not explained when running and then for you to get a refund takes it up to 10 days
