Good for a couple night's stay

The hotel is in a good location. Closer to Denis area. The room was clean. 2 beds and a sofa. Perfect for what we needed for The Pan Mass Challenge weekend. We used the outdoor poor without issues. The indoor pool looked clean as well. There was a continental breakfast each morning which was nothing fancy... egg patties, sausage, bagels, toast , cereal, muffins, yogurts. Just enough so we didnt have to go out every morning . First morning we had egg patties...no sausage. Second morning we had sausage and no egg patties. The downfall was there was noone to monitor this area for breakfast. We asked the girl at the front desk and the answer was " no eggs today" as she continued with her cell phone. Wasnt expecting a gourmet breakfast, but this made us go out in search of some breakfast sandwiches. Would stay again but only for a couple days...not a week or longer. Good for the price.

Comfortable, clean place to stay

The Ambassador Inn was very clean, comfortable and well maintained facility. The king size room and bed were spacious and made it enjoyable to be able to spread out. Bathroom appeared recently renovated with modern fixtures, new tub and plenty of high pressured hot water in the shower. Outdoor pool was extremely clean without an over abundance of chlorine. Pool patio had plenty of longer chairs for relaxing after a nice swim. The entire ground are very well maintained, with picnic tables and a few charcoal grills. Lightening in the evening around the grounds made it feel safe. Breakfast offering were plentiful but need quicker refills as there were many guest having breakfast. Breakfast room was large with numerous tables in a large glass walled sunken room. Staff did their best in keeping the food area clean as well as the tables. Overall we had a wonderful three day stay that was reasonably priced for such a clean and comfortable place. The only negative we experienced were the walking, running noise in the late night and early morning from the guests in the second floor above our room. This was not the fault of the management but was just some inconsiderate people. We would definitely stay here again, in a second floor room!! Thank you to you and your kind staff for a nice stay, Patel!!

Property was nice (although safe was not working), we enjoyed the outside pool that was clean and maintained. The staff was helpful and the area was very convenient for eating out and close by to walk, this included even walking distance to a beach by a lake. Enjoyed our time here overall.

According to what I read on the Internet, this hotel had been renovated/updated in 2022. I expected far more than what I got for my stay. The carpets looked dated and were not clean. The old doors were not replaced and had marks and streaky stains. Doors were difficult to open and the door to the stairs leading up towards our room had a broken knob. The bathroom in our room had a toilet paper holder that was partly broken off the wall, and there was no room at all for toiletry bags or shower items. The loveseat in the room had a couple of tears on it. The patio furniture at the entrance to the hotel was not at all inviting, the cushions were dirty and old and one of the Ottomans had a missing top. The staff did their job, but were not friendly and welcoming. I lwould not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.
