Older hotel but updated with USB ports and great cable TV. Very clean and very convenient to shopping centers and restaurants. Also with excellent rates.

The manager on our second night was very nice since we were grilling out. The floors were quite dirty. Housecleaning came but only brought 2 clean towels and no wash cloths. While there was a luggage cart there was no elevator to get to the second floor - so it really did no good! Out stay was ok but nothing above average!!

Ironing board needs replacement. Iron needs replacement. Refrigerator was broken. Had to unplug due to the humming sound it was making and it was not cold at all. Floor was dirty. Toilet was clogged when i got in room.

The toilet stayed clogged went to ask for plunger from housekeeping they said go to front desk then front desk gave me a hard time about the toilet after I complained about it staying clogged because when I got into the room the toilet still had urine and toilet paper in it

didn't effect my stay just thought I would mention can't adjust shower head short people need to change the position. Bathroom floor felt slimy and the toilet started leaking at base. There was no one at front when I checked I was going to mention it then. Need weatherstrip around door can see outside.

They asked for a $50 protection payment for the night that would be refunded. After leaving they crandomly charged my card $120 then two more charges for $69. Working with my bank now to report credit fraud and get a new card.
