Very poor service-- stay away, if you can! We checked in late night and had to leave early the next morning, returning to our room after 10pm only to discover that the room had a very strong, musty odor (from the carpet?), so much so that my wife had difficulty breathing in the room. I informed the manager and was told the hotel was full and no other room was available. We had to sleep in the car or choose another hotel (we did the latter) and so I asked the on-duty manager (and subsequently the hotel manager and then the Wyndham/Ramada corporation) to refund that one night's stay. They refused. Sad to say, this will be our last time in any WYNDHAM or RAMADA HOTEL--BAD SERVICE, BAD MANAGEMENT!

Ramada Spokane Airport

Convenient hotel for air travel to/from Spokane Airport. Literally walk across the street from baggage claim. Very friendly and efficient staff. Front desk staff was very eager to please. Reservation was ready and check-in took all of five minutes. Most if that time was clerk changing my room to a more quiet area due to my late arrival. This was not even asked for. Mac just did it out of professional courtesy. Room was clean and comfortable and appeared to be recently updated.

Quiet and a great location to stay if traveling via the airport. The airport is just across the street. We could also walk from car rental to the hotel with our bags easily. They have a shuttle but you don’t really need it.

We return to this often

We stay here every time we are in the area. We go back because the price is good, it is clean, breakfast is good, and the rooms are comfortable. We love the pools, but wish they were heated. Our boys were so excited for the water slide, but unfortunately, it's down half the time we go, and it was this time.

I was really happy they offered a shuttle when my plane arrived at 12:30 AM. So grateful for that. But hotels can never seem to get decent coffee. It was just terrible, not ecologically friendly. And I never want anything from the breakfast buffet. I wish they would offer really good high-end coffee in the room with real cups, cream, instead of plastic half-and-half or whatever it is they use, and sugar.

Great staff! Very clean and some nice design elements. Good to have a restaurant. Fire pits are a nice perk. Loved the waterslide and pool. (Always call and check for times for the waterslides at hotels. They must be overseen by a life guard so they have limited hours. It was 4pm-9pm when we were there on a Wednesday in July.)
