The hotel itself was fine. Staff were friendly. The problem is their "resort fee" which they charge on top of your room fee and then say you get a "credit" on dining, coffee, or room service. We got coffee at the coffee shop and they charged us on top of the resort fee. I charged it to the room like they said to do and I ended up paying both the fee and price for the coffees. Supposedly they will be crediting it back to me after I brought it to their attention but it seems shady. How many people didn't notice?
