Charming B&B

My husband and I were traveling to UT for a friend's wedding in Rockville. Our flight was delayed so we weren't able to check in between 3-6. The owner was sure to leave the check-in envelope on the board for us and left a light on with the key in the room. The property was peaceful, and well maintained with the Virgin River running behind it. The room was spacious, clean and charming. We were in need of an iron and ironing board and the owner was responsive to providing one. The owner was very friendly and accessible. The property is in a great location! We were 5 minutes or less from the restaurants/shops in Springdale and the entrance to Zion. We took advantage of the breakfast vouchers and found this to be a great deal! Oscars restaurant was our favorite. I 10/10 recommend Canyon Vista Lodge

A Great Place to Rest and Relax

Canyon Vista Lodge is a great place to relax after a day in Zion. It is about a block from Stop 9 on the shuttle system so quiet but close to Springdale amenities. I never met the hosts since I arrived late but found written instructions on check-in and check-out routines with phone numbers in case I needed help.. Parking is just outside the room. There is a microwave, small sink and fridge available to store and prepare snacks. The lovely yard has a spa and picnic area. The unit was exactly as pictured and described.

We absolute loved our stay. Location is right next to the first bus stop, which you may know when busses fill up, they will skip some of the later stops. Room was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and paid special attention to little things such as good body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. She also helped us do a late check in. TV was new and big and we were able to hook our apple TV on. Plenty of parking on site. The hot tub was extremely comfortable after a long day of hiking. There were chairs next to the river and a place for a bon fire. Showers were hot and water pressure excellent. There is a fridge and microwave. A/C worked great. This was one of the best place we've ever stayed at and plan to come back in the future.

Great stay. Comfortable bed. Our room had nice patio which joined a beautiful backyard. Attentive staff. Room a little dusty with some broken shades—but we enjoyed the two windows that looked out on the backyard with swings and a fire pit. Very quiet.

Absolutely loved our stay at Canyon Vista. Right at the edge of where the shops and restaurants begin on the way into Zion. Quick drive into Zion. The backyard is stunning and peaceful. And we relaxed in the hot tub after a long hiking day! Highly recommend this property - it is clean, quiet, convenient, and safe. Get the voucher for breakfast at Oscar’s - an unbelievable deal!!!!

It was great for our family, the room has all what we needed to stay comfortably and very close to shuttle bus to visit the National park and the vouchers for Breakfast was also a great deal and the restaurant recommended for it very nice and yummy. If we comeback has to be at this place to stay

Home away from home

Our room was a home away from home. A large, elegant suite with living and dining facilities and a convenient kitchenette. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shuttle was nearby. The breakfast vouchers were fantastic. Would recommend.

It was a little hard to find the property (exceptionally dark at night) but it was worth it. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Great shower. Going up the road for breakfast was a bit awkward, as the two restaurants available were quite busy. Overall though it was a great stay.

This place was AMAZING. Wow. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Great communication, absolutely gorgeous room, and the most convenient spot. I will remember sitting in the backyard and watching shooting stars forever. What a beautiful way to end our cross country road trip! We will definitely be back to Zion and will absolutely be staying at Canyon Vista Lodge :)

The lodge was in a convenient location for visiting Zion National Park. The parking lot at Zion’s visitor’s center was full, so we were able to pick up the Springdale shuttle by walking from the lodge to take it to the park to get the Zion shuttle. Canyon Vista Lodge is also convenient to several good restaurants. We appreciated the $5 voucher for a great breakfast at Oscar’s.

JoNell was a great host and provided lots of helpful recommendations for where to eat and hike. Room was clean and spacious and well thought out with amenities. Conveniently, located near stop 9 to catch the free Springdale bus into town and Zion.
