We stayed in building #2. The roof top bas was in this building and they told us air conditions were newer. The bed was medium good ( a little hard), no extra blankets. The shampoe and body wash and soap was stinky like some the the mens colognes. They only had two towels in the roomfor two people. I need a hair towel also. Coffee pot was cheap and took forever to warm up. The most disappointing thing was our second night the roof top bar was closed to us for a private wedding party. We were very disappointed in this. When booking, we told the booking girl that we excited about the rooftop bar and this was one reason we booked building 2. After the first night, we left our room expecting expecting new towels and bed made, waters replenished, and coffees. When returning late in the evening, nothing was done to our room. No new supplies. However, the bar had the coldest beer, very good ! Our room had a record player and that was nice. The parking was difficult.

Terrible! For the price of this property they lack majorly, the most uncomfortable hard beds, stiff pillows and thin bedding. But wait there’s more! There’s zero parking for this property so you have to pay $5 every time you leave to park in a garage next door. Lastly the entire area is noisy. We stayed for a week and every evening from 11pm-1/2am you would hear people through town revving engines and that’s all you heard, the rooftop bar played music till an obsurd time on a Tuesday of all days, we were v2 balcony 4th floor room. Never again will we stay here!

If you're going to stay in Springfield, I'm not sure there is a better hotel. Food in the restaurant is great, and Flame is right down the road

Had a awesome stay here at Vandivort. Room was awesome with huge windows, bed felt great and was easy to sleep on, shower was fantastic with great water pressure. Definitely would come back! The only reason I had to take a star off was on day two of my trip when coming into my room both of my keycards locked me out. I went down to the front desk and it was quickly taken care of by the staff member working. But definitely one of the nicest hotels i’ve stayed at in Springfield!

I have to question the description I thought I read of a balcony and view. Our room had both but of the alley and a parking lot. I don’t like having a QR code to get room information or wi-fi password. I prefer a written hand book.
