This is the vacation home you’ve been looking for! Start your day off with an amazing sunrise view right from your home away from home! Enjoy a refreshing swim at the heated pool just steps away from your front door. The large poolside patio with wireless internet access has lounges, chairs, tables, and umbrellas, as well as a covered area with overhead fans to stay cool and out of the sun. If you need a little exercise, amenities include two tennis courts, as well as a shuffleboard area.

The only thing between you and the beach is the dunes!! Vacation your cares away with a tranquil beach day just over the private beach walkway. Anastasia Island offers miles of gorgeous beaches with clear blue-green waters and the white powder sand that you will sink right into! Whether it's walking the beach, reading a book while basking in the sun, surfcasting, surfing, boogie boarding, or watching dolphins play to bring a smile to your face, you'll find this is a wonderful place to do just that! This is a drive-on beach area, complete with a car ramp right next door! Don't worry about the salt and sand on the car, there is a simple car wash area right in the parking lot.

The Anastasia Condominium development is a pristine and quiet, gated community, but not far from the action... If you’re looking for things to do, there are several restaurants options within walking distance. Or just a five-minute drive on A1A brings you to the St Augustine Beach and Pier area with many restaurants and shops. Looking for something different? Visit the Alligator Farm or historic St Augustine Live Music Amphitheater!

Just a few miles further will take you over the Bridge of Lions to old town St. Augustine, the oldest city in the US known for its Spanish colonial architecture and cobblestone streets. Visit the Castillo de San Marcos, a 17th-century fortress, the Old Jail and the famous Fountain of Youth. Take a scenic boat ride, tour the museums, or take a haunted ghost walk. There's so much to do!

During the winter months Anastasia Condos has lots of activities in their oceanfront club room: Friday Night Happy Hour, Poker, Movie Night, Bingo Night, Valentine’s Party and St. Patrick’s Day Party just to name a few. Come join the fun!

The unit’s location is wonderful for families with its proximity to the boardwalk and pool. Also, the patio and gated yard are the perfect spot for kids to play. Overall everything was absolutely lovely and Pat was very responsive to my questions. Only issues were kitchen issues. The nonstick cookware was scratched and limited in size so we bought some of our own from Walmart. I’ve recommended a cookware upgrade but if you’re particular about not using nonstick coating I recommend bring your own. Also recommend bringing a filtered pitcher as the filter is inside of the fridge with a small stream that can spray everywhere, so you have to stand with the fridge door open if you want filtered water and then wipe up. First world problems but a slight annoyance on vacation. Also, the unit is located adjacent to the elevators so there is some elevator noise which wasn’t an issue for us. But if you have light sleepers in the bunk bedroom you may want a noise machine. We also heard voices from the upper unit in the front bedroom but that wasn’t a problem. However if you’re light sleepers you may want some white noise there too. Otherwise the unit is perfect and view of the dunes was lovely. We’d definitely stay there again! FYI the local Publix is currently (8/25) closed for renovations. Pro-tip:There are 3-4 access codes you’ll need during your stay. I recommend taking a pic with your phone which we didn’t so we had to remember to take the paper with the codes on it everywhere!

Beautiful, comfortable beach condo that all the ammenities we needed. Pat was responded quickly with any questions we had and was very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly reccommend! Unfortunately, I didn't check behind family members well enough and left a bit of a mess. Pat kindly contacted me right away to resolve the situation, for which I am grateful as we did not intend to leave such an adorable beach condo any less than the beautiful condition in which we found it upon check in!

Nice

The condo is conveniently located on the floor level, so coming and going with a wagon full of beach chairs and towels is very easy. However, there’s no beach view due to the dune being higher than the floor level windows. The condo is tastefully decorated and stocked better than any condo I’ve ever stayed in. This was our 4th stay in St Augustine, and this was one of our favorites!

Just what we needed!

This is our second time to stay in this beautiful condo.We spent a fantastic month here and had the best time. The condo is clean and has everything you need and being on the first floor is so convenient.Thee entire complex is maintained immaculate and the people are all so nice. The owner is super quick to respond if you have any questions.There is so much to do in St Augustine and the places to dine are endless and delicious.We truly had an amazing trip and it was just what we needed and we will for sure be back again.

Nice condo by the beach

We enjoyed our stay at the beach condo. It was a short and easy walk to the beach from the unit. The until was also convenient to the pool. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the unit was clean. I would book here again next time I come to St Augustine.

Great for beach lovers and kids.

Best for young families as it is close to the beach. For older people it is a bit of a walk to bring clothes and bring groceries but they do have carts. Weather was a little cold and windy this year but that's not normal. Good stay

Paradise but close to everything!

We had the most relaxing beach vacation at this condo. It’s the bottom corner lot and there’s a big grass field right outside the patio that our kids enjoyed playing on. It’s a short walk to the beach right over the board walk. You can hear the waves from the patio:) Lots of close by restaurants if you want to eat out and a short drive to explore downtown. Publix is also around the corner so you can stock up and make meals also:) it was the perfect stay! We will definitely be returning! ❀

Exceptional stay!!

The property was extremely clean and very close to both the beach and pool. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. Also, the owner was very personable and responsive. We had a minor issue and she came to fix it personally within a couple hours. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location!

This property is exactly as described! It is within feet of the beach and the sand is white and very fine - beautiful! Exceptionally clean and well stocked with anything and everything you could need. It is also very spacious. This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed there and no doubt we will stay there again!

Amazing!

This property is exactly as described. It was close to everywhere you wanted to be. The beach and the pool where amazing and we saw so many amazing things, turtles, birds, rabbits, and even saw a gentleman on the beach catch a small shark on our morning beach walk. The bed was super comfortable and we felt very at home in this beautiful condo. You can find so many fun things to do and we hope to return next year to find more adventures. Grocery stores and restaurants are super close too. Thank you for a wonderful 2 week stay on beautiful Anastasia Island.
