Friendly staff greeted us with beverages, cookies, and an orientation to the inn and other stay options for the future. We had white zin and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. We enjoyed chilling in the main areas. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious blueberry brioche French toast with orange marmalade butter and toasted almonds, ham with pineapple glaze, and fluffy scrambled eggs. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice bed and breakfast in a fantastic location in the historic district. Teresa is a great host! This was our first visit to St Augustine. When we come back, here is where we will stay!

Overall, the stay/room/staff were good, BUT one of the main reasons for choosing the room I did was because of the air-jet tub, and it was broken. Things happen and things break I can understand that, but in this instance it had been broken since the week prior, and it was never disclosed. I only found out when I actually tried using it. Another guest I spoke with mentioned their heater had also been broken, so it just seems like maintenance is lacking. Staff was very apologetic and even offered me a discount which was great, but it's been about 10 days since I checked out and still nothing. So here we are with this review. For the cost, I expected more than what could've been had at a standard motel for far less money.

The Carriage Way Inn is a gem in Saint Augustine. The rooms were spotless clean, the staff is absolutely exceptional, and the bedroom was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was divine (included) and there is car parking for the guests. The location is just priceless.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I was so thrilled to find my room was on the main level,(Peridot and Tanzanite)- comfy linens, super clean, lots of hot water. Highly recommend Carriage Way B&B for anyone seeking to have a wonderful stay in St. Augustine. The location is right by the Columbia restaurant too!

This was our second time staying at Carriage Way Inn B&B. Another outstanding night. The staff is friendly and attentive. The amenities such as free soda, water, and wine (!) are wonderful. Let’s talk about breakfast…a vegetable frittata with red pepper sauce, a thick slice of ham, and a muffin? WONDERFUL! The location to shopping, sites of interest, and restaurants round out the experience. We will only stay here when we travel to St. Augustine.

The Carriage Way in was one of the best B&B we have ever booked. The staff (Theresa & Christine - along with several others) were friendly, accommodating and very kind. They greeted us with smiles and instructions upon arrival and we saw them frequently throughout the next few days. They were there to ensure our comfort, but gave us the respect of privacy as well. They even recommended places to eat and travel tips. The location was perfectly situated just on one of the intersections on the edge of town. We could walk just 5 -10 minutes to all attractions, Flagler College and many restaurants. The coffee and wine bar was fully stocked and allowed for free range any time of day. They offered not only the aforementioned, but tea, water and soft drinks as well. A thoughtful extra touch were the nightly warm facial towelettes and lavender sachets for relaxation. The evening was a bit noisy, but only because we were staying during a festival. Otherwise, it was very comfortable. great hot shower & water pressure, extra pillows and linens, room controlled heat/ac was a huge bonus! We would absolutely recommend this B&B to anyone visiting St Augustine!

Everything was an 11 out of 10. Greeted by Teresa, the innkeeper who went over the rules, offered us water, coffee, wine then showed us to our room. Really nice room. Enjoyed a glass of wine on the upstairs porch before wandering out to a magnificent display of Christmas lights. Great location, staff, amenities and breakfast.
