Room was great took about 45 minutes to get a room key. I had paid in full and they still wanted 50 more dollars before they would let me in the room I had fully paid for. Not right!!!

Did not enjoy my stay the price is fine but they gave me my room at check in and the floor was dirty. I found a rice in my bed and maintenance is for sure required. Would not stay here at all ever again. I rather pay more somewhere else.

Checking was good, but the problems was the shower drained very very slow. Water was up to my ankles when i finished. One small stain on the sheets in my daughter's room. The staff made the beds but did not give new towels or take out the little amount of trash.

The hotel has an odor to it- the hallway to our room just really smelled - maybe like dampness? The room was fine, nothing really exciting. We wish we had chosen a hotel more central in St. Augustine. This Holiday Inn is far from the historic center in the middle of nowhere. We would not stay here again.

Property is not well kept trash everywhere outside. Grass not mowed or weeds. Hotel smells like mildew along with rooms. It’s so bad that they have dehumidifiers in every room. Hallway carpets are stained badly. Pictures showed nice luxury rooms the rooms look poorly painted and decorated. Bedding smells like mildew Exterior of building is covered in moss and very dirty. I paid 280 for a night to stay in what most would consider a motel 8 room. I don’t recommend anyone staying here. I also recommend Expedia removing this property from their listings.
Destroyed shower no exhaust fan in bath room causing mold to grow.
