Lovely, but not really worth it.

Overall, I'd say our stay was okay. I feel for the cost, there should have been more amenities included. For example, parking, decent coffee, and nicer toiletries. Everything was immaculate and the beds were comfortable enough. We were on the first floor (probably because we booked at the last minute) so having a balcony wasn't as nice. As well as it being noisier, because we were right inside the doorway to the lobby.

Beautiful hotel, close to everything!

This is a beautiful new hotel built to look like a famous historic one in Saint Augustine. Everyone at the hotel and the attached restaurant were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. The location is perfect! A quarter of a mile walk and you are right in the middle of historic Saint Augustine. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The Hotel and our hotel room was very clean. At times it was very cold and not possible to warm it up at any time. We missed not having 24-hour coffee in the Reception/Lobby. Having Starbucks instead made us feel like the Hotel/business desperately had to try to squeeze every dime out of you/us. Liked the "clean water feature" where we could fetch drinkable water. We gladly pay more for "free breakfast" (with real eggs and fresh fruit). Take a look at The French Quarter Inn, where we stayed in July 2025. Loved their concept of breakfast and Wine-Cheese in the afternoon. Staff were wonderful everywhere in the Hotel and Restaurant, Renaissance Hotel that is/was.

All staff members that we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance from all the historic sites and multiple trolley stops are near by. Our room was clean, spacious, well decorated, and very comfortable. My only recommendation would be sturdier chairs for the table in the room, they felt shaky. I would definitely book another stay.

This was a highlight for my 15 year old and myself. People always travel just to shop but this time we wanted a memory and we got one. I love the convenient location we were able to pop out the door and just enjoy the walk to a small downtown hub I'll call it. So many wonderful cafes and shops it was like being in a historic village nothing like the bigger parts of Florida. I loved the ambiance of the hotel so creative and the stairwell what a beautiful site for amazing photo opps. Thank you for the great experience, professionalism and also willingness to assist.

My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we truly were stunned by the beauty of this hotel when we walked in. Super clean, modern touches with unique touch. We certainly enjoyed our evening and we will come back to stay!
