Check in was laborious. The clerk did not seem familiar with all the screens/technology he was working with. English pronunciation made understanding him difficult. When I affirmed I had a pet it was time consuming to pay the charge and change to a different room. Breakfast was fine. Hotel was clean and nice and safe even if it looked sketchy at first.

I always stay here when I go to St. Cloud. Staff is friendly and helpful. Always clean. AC/heat worked very well. Will always recommend to others. And I will definitely be staying there again

Pool was closed unbeknownst to us until after we checked in. Hotel definitely has issues with moisture. Went to front desk on multiple occasions and no one was there as person was outside smoking. I can see why it was the only hotel available.

Living Room area of room smelled like dirty socks. Bed was comfortable. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Night staff was good. Morning staff was not friendly and barely working. Instead she was eating McDonald’s in the lobby where guests sit and then sitting outside smoking while someone was waiting at the counter.

Both myself and Expedia tried to change the date by one day due to scheduling error. After several days of calling and emails both by myslef and expedia we could not get anybody to answer the phone. I will never stay in this chain of hotels again, just lost 100 dollers.

Very friendly staff and when I let them know I could not do stairs they fairly quickly changed my room assignment to a ground floor level. Very large area to walk my dog and no other dog messes! I didn't like that the little in room fridge was more a freezer as all my food was frozen in the morning.

Very clean. Nice supportive mattress. Minor issues with television, microwave that were resolved. Overall, a good night sleep which was our main goal. The pool was down which was disappointing.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. Overall, it was adequate but there were things that could have used improving. PARKING: On arriving, there was road construction work preventing us from entrance to the parking lot and no indication of a detour POOL: The Pool/Hot Tub were closed all week ROOM SECURITY: Our room keys stopped working after the 1st night, then again on the 2nd night. The property replaced all room door-lock mechanisms; this new hardware prevented inside security latch from working BREAKFAST: For the entire stay, the House Blend breakfast coffee was THE WORST I have ever tasted. (The room coffee packets were better tasting!) Not enough staff watching when things run out; had to alert staff myself then wait as new coffee was brewed (no backups waiting) ROOM CLEANING: Claim of room cleaning every 2 days for extended stays is wrong; apparently, that was suspended due to COVID. If you want the room cleaned, you have to tell them.

Bad customer service and attitude.

Front Desk person rude.Gave impression did’nt want anything to do with checking me in. Whistled at his relief person several times. Unprofessional! Reserved a handicapped room gave me a non handicapped room 2nd level. When I showed him my reservation said handicapped crabblily gave me a room downstairs. Not handicapped. When I returned to the front desk to point this out he handed me to the woman who he whistled at. She was much nicer and finally got me a handicapped room I reserved. I use to work at a hotel front desk and this was clearly the worst experience I ever had.

Fishing trip

Microwave was dirty, food sprayed inside. Difficult to adjust water temperature in shower. Breakfast choices very limited by 8am were out of several items including coffee. Have stayed at this property 4 or 5 times and it seems to be headed in the wrong direction. Probably will look elsewhere next time in town.

I booked a king size bed and paid for it before we left on vacation. The afternoon we were to get there. They called us and said we have no king bed available. So we got 2 queen bed. I will not recommend that hotel nor never stay again. Breakfast was cold. Coffee was a day old.
