The hot tub did not work, which was very disappointing since that’s why we rented the hotel that we did. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. Staff was very nice. Very good location.

We specifically searched for a hotel with a hot tub/breakfast. When we arrived there was a sign saying the hot tub was broken. That was super disappointing and the pool was freezing cold. Not even able to swim because it was so cold. The breakfast was horrible. The orange juice was empty, the chocolate milk was rotten. There were no spoons for the cereal. The girl running the kitchen area was rude and not paying attention to the customers and what was needed. Overall yes it was a place to sleep while visiting St Cloud. But we had booked a place expecting those amenities and didn’t get either.

Property didn’t allow me to have my registered SERVICE ANIMAL. But came out the next morning to find another customer walking their animal. Couldn’t get a refund to try and find another hotel, so I had to drive an hour out of my way to find somewhere for my dog to stay.

Two things lowered my overall score. The lumpy appearance of the bed. Looked bad but felt fine. Also- called front desk to complain about stomping above us and got no answer. Breakfast crew was great. They were very busy but we never ran out of anything.
