Room was clean, but the air conditioning unit needed some maintenance. Otherwise, it was nice. Coffee in the room, a nice breakfast buffet downstairs including sausage and eggs. The fitness center wasn't all that great, but I poked my head in the pool room and that looked nice.

Internet was miss leading. Room was dirty and when asked for cleaning supplies to clean ourselves. Desk he didn’t any and wait for day cleaners. Over could move to another room. We felt if our was not cleaned why move to another dirty room. So my husband went out and bought cleaning supplies. Next day when I went back to the room the cleaning lady was surprised that I want her to go and clean. When we returned she had not even vacuumed. The crumbs that we found when we walked in the night we got there was still there. We left the room cleaner than when we found it. We will never use that hotel again. Horrible experienced

really excited to see that they’re doing upgrades at this property. The staff is always nice and the rooms are always clean. Never any issues with the Internet either.

We had a terrible stay, got there late and there was no bedding for the fold out bed, not enough towels for 3 people! Had to go get more towels everyday! The one desk clerk smoked right outside the front door! Will never stay there again! I put in for some type of refund and they told me since I wasn’t a member that I won’t get any!

We went to Burlington and that yummy cookie store! Our room was clean but not enough towels and housekeeping was horrible, we called 3 times to get something and never not once did we see them!

Not a very nice run hotel. Had to wait to check in, even though we did it online. Got in our room and noticed crumbs under the bed. Must not of cleaned to well. The digital clock on the nite stand was full of dust. Funny odor in the hall ways too. Just didn’t feel clean. No Kleenex in the room either? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Needs a whole update

The room was clean, biggest complaint no soap by the sink to wash your hands!! Body wash in shower was the only soap. I guess they should inform guest to bring their own or the staff is not doing their jobs completely. I like to be able to wash my hands.
